Are you an Apple Authorized Service Provider?

No. Techmedics is an independent repair provider. We specialise in out-of-warranty Apple computer repairs and upgrades.

Do you work on Apple Silicon (M-series) devices?

Yes — we service both Intel and Apple Silicon Macs, including software support, thermal service and vendor board-level repairs where appropriate.

Will I lose my data?

We prioritise data safety. If the device is bootable, we can create a backup or clone first. We also offer recovery options where possible.

How long do parts take?

Common parts are often in stock locally; specialty parts typically arrive in 1–5 business days. We’ll confirm ETA during diagnosis.
